requirements above.

Do I have to be connected
to the Internet the entire time I am taking a course?
Yes, each course is completely Internet-driven;
nothing is downloaded to your computer. If the cost

you, please contact your local Internet Service Provider

When I log on, I

". What should I do?
It is more than likely that you have entered
the wrong ID or password.
- Check to make sure that your caps lock
key is not on.

try using the numbers above the letter keys to ensure
you are typing in the numbers or check the num-lock
key on your number keypad.

Do Here2Learn courses
include audio?
Yes. Sound is included in self-paced courses
to complement the learning. If you do not have a headset
or speakers when you are taking a self-paced course,
this will not impede your learning.

Can I return directly
to the page I finished on last session?
Yes. All you have to do when terminating
a session is click the exit button, not the X button.
This guarantees that on your return, the system will
ask you if you want to resume where you left off, and
will take you to that same page. Think of it as a bookmark.

What if my Internet
connection goes down?
If your Internet connection goes down,
don't worry. If you're in the middle of a topic, it
will still be available to you when you get things up
and running again. Unfortunately, the bookmark does
not work automatically in this situation.
